2:00 PM - Workshops / Un-Conference / Hacking
4:30 PM - Wrapup / Shareout

I will discuss how music technology that encourages nonstandard forms of music can benefit music education by illuminating affordances and constraints within traditional musical frameworks and encouraging students to create their own frameworks. Throughout this talk, I will show examples of technologies, with an emphasis on free music technologies and resources.
